This project involves developing a 20-acre plot of land into a boutique vineyard. We have identified a location with ideal terroir for growing premium grape varietals like Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The investment will fund land preparation, vine planting, irrigation setup, and the costs until the first harvest. Our goal is to create a recognized brand in the organic wine market.
